All-Inclusive: 7 nights at Coral Sea Aqua Club, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt

There are two big pools here – one of which is a wave pool – plus a children’s pool. But the highlight is the waterpark, which comes with a bowl slide, lazy river, surf simulator and children’s splash zone. There are a couple of pool bars where you can top up your glass. If you need a pit-stop from the waterpark, there’s a handy snack bar right next to it serving quick bites like burgers and chips.

You’ve got a couple of curvy pools to choose from here and they’re both surrounded by roomy terraces that are lined with sunloungers and parasols.

The waterpark’s packed with slides and activities for all ages. There are speed slides, a space bowl slide and flumes, along with a splash park and slides for the little ones, plus a lazy river, too.

There are three à la carte places, including the not-to-be-missed Stonegrill restaurant* where you can watch your food being cooked on hot stones. In the main buffet restaurant, hot and cold breakfasts start the day. Later on, there’s a big spread of international favourites, including pizza and pasta stations. Egyptian dishes make the menu, too.

Guests can enjoy use of the beach at our sister hotel, Coral Sea Holiday Resort. There’s a bar and snack bar too that is included in your All Inclusive package. Adults can also enjoy the adults-only sunbathing area.

Christmas gala meals
A festive gala dinner buffet takes place in the Dine Around buffet restaurant. And there’s an upgraded set menu in the à la carte restaurants. To help you celebrate in style, you’ll enjoy a variety of entertainment throughout the hotel, as well as being surrounded by New Year decorations and a truly festive atmosphere. It’s worth mentioning that pre-booking of the restaurants is required.

After dark, mini-discos for children are followed by singing, dancing and stage shows. They’re held either outside by the pool or in the sports bar, depending on the time of year. By day, a hotel-run kids’ club puts on activities and games for little ones.

Evening entertainment programme: Early evening games and shows are dedicated to the little ones. Later on, professional acts take to the stage for all the family to enjoy.
