Set on a private beach in Puerto Morelos, this luxury all-inclusive complex has 3 outdoor pools, 8 restaurants and a hydrotherapy spa. Suites have a terrace with sea or jungle views.

Decorated in bright colours, each spacious suite has a seating area, iPod dock and cable TV. Minibars are refilled daily with soft drinks and beer. Bathrooms include a spa bath and bathrobes.
You can choose buffet meals or gourmet à la carte cuisine in the varied restaurants. There are swim-up pool bars and beach waiter service. Entertainment includes cocktail parties, live music and shows.
There are clubs for kids and teenagers, based on exploration and nature. Activities include arts and crafts, camping and watching films on the beach.

Swim-up bars and infinity-style edges set the standard at the two pools. One is a walk-in number with hammocks strung up over the water, while the other is criss-crossed by pretty wooden bridges. Hot snacks are dished out at the pool bar between meals, and the fully-loaded burgers get top marks on TripAdvisor.
This huge heated pool snakes around a large terrace surrounded by palm trees and little wooden bridges. Sunlougers are spread around the pool’s edges, and there’s a pool bar for snacks and drinks with the added bonus of great views of the sea.
This adults only heated pool is exclusive to Preferred Club guests.
Foodies will have a field day here. Six of the eight restaurants have an à la carte tag, and cover Asian, French and Italian themes. Skip between them, and you can go from salmon en croute one night to curried coconut shrimp the next. There’s a buffet restaurant if you want to keep things simple. Breakfast blends Continental bits with Mexican fare, so there’s everything from fresh pastries to spicy beef tortillas. At night, the spotlight’s on international cuisine.
For taste of some authentic Mexican cuisine, this place offers some classics, including everything from tacos and fajitas, to enchiladas, salads and churros. Please note that gentlemen are required to wear full length trousers and no sleeveless shirts or flip-flops allowed.

Sea kayaking and snorkelling make the most of the hotel’s beside-the-beach location. For something more adventurous, sign up for a deep-sea diving* trip. Little ones get their own activity club, which comes with a colourful outdoor play area. Inside, it’s decorated to look like you’re under the sea – with murals of turtles and dolphins on the walls, and the bottom of a rowing boat on the ceiling.
Activities for teens between 13-17 years old. Included are Playstation 4®, DJ lessons, foosball tables, billiards tournaments, football, disco mixers, movies and break dancing classes.
