Cozy Apartment located in private condominium in front of the beach and the sea (Crossing the street is located the Playa El Niño). It has a spectacular terrace to relax with views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Ideal for families or groups of 4, looking to enjoy the Caribbean away from mass tourism, but in turn very well connected to enjoy the best beaches, restaurants and excursions in the Riviera Maya. Includes free private Concierge service.

The apartment has two terraces, one back and one huge front overlooking the El Niño beach and the Caribbean Sea. It also has a billiards in the main living room.

It is also equipped with Presidential King Size XXL bed in both bedrooms, both with Dreambed ® by Hilton mattress. It also has Wifi, Smart TV in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms (to access the secondary bathroom you have to cross a shared hallway with other guests, but the bathroom is completely private), air conditioning and ceiling fans.

In addition, the apartment is in a private condominium that has 24H security. Includes free private parking.
