Due to the extremely quiet location in a residential area, parties and additional unannounced guests are not allowed in the apartment or on the roof terrace.

Property standard with Terrazzo/Gussterrazzo floor and underfloor heating. The living room, bedroom and conservatory can be completely darkened with outside mounted slatted gates, in two photos you can see the slatted gates almost closed.

Right at the mouth of our road into the Seestrasse is the public swimming spot Brougier Park with fire pit and wood, loungers, and dining tables. About 10 minutes walk. Be careful, road is steep. Free internet / WiFi. Small separate desk with external Apple Cinema display.

No smoking in the apartment and on the roof terrace. Smoking is allowed in the parking space in front of the house.
