All newly renovated rooms have a private balcony or terrace with views of the Caribbean Sea or the tropical garden, plus new room categories such as Family Junior Suite, Master Suite and Swim outs. The mini bar including soft drinks, bottled water and beer is replenished daily. 24-hour room service is also available.

Full payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer. The main pool stretches along the beachfront and is surrounded by palms and sunbathing space. There are a few more pools, and a separate splashing spot for little ones. On top of all that, there’s a family-friendly waterpark complete with twisting tube slides.
There’s 3 slides to ride. You’ll need to be over 1.1 metres to ride the slides.
The restaurant tally hits 10, with five á la carte places covering Italian, Mexican, Asian and French cuisine, plus grilled specialities and a brand new restaurant Seaside Grill. There’s a buffet, too, and a café serving coffee and snacks. A sports bar, a swim-up bar, a beachfront bar and a lobby bar are all on hand for drinks.
