About the Property

2 room apartment on the ground floor with garden patio and unobstructed views of the mountains.
Our newly built chalet is located on the outskirts of the village center of Grindelwald with a large garden and magnificent views.
The apartment is south-facing, surrounded by ideal infrastructure, away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to the action. Supermarket, bus stop, Firstbahn are minutes from the house. Ideal starting point for hiking tours or unforgettable ski days.

The space

The cozy apartment is lovingly furnished and can accommodate 1-2 people.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and granite cover. Kitchen utensils are fully provided, as well as a microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, fondue set and raclette oven. Daily kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar are available, as well as detergents and dish towels.
Cozy dining and living room, satellite TV/radio.
Large bedroom with double bed (180/200). Bed linen is available and the beds are already occupied by me.
The bathroom (shower/WC) has an automatic fan. Towels, toilet paper, hand soap and hair dryer are provided.
The patio in front of the apartment with fantastic views of our beautiful mountains is at your disposal and is equipped with garden furniture.

Guest access

The apartment has its own entrance. The seat in front of the apartment is for exclusive use. A parking space next to the house is reserved for you. A ski storage room is available for shared use.

Other things to note

The tourist tax of CHF 4.90 per day/person is included in the price. With the guest card of Grindelwald you can benefit from some discounts on train tickets and admission tickets and can use the local bus for free.
