On the second floor of the house, there is a living room with a high ceiling and fireplace, a dining table, a fully equipped closed kitchen, a TV room, and a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, an entrance hall, and a separate toilet, as well as a 20-meter-long patio that you can open and close as you wish.

On the top floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms and a separate bedroom. A total of four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The whole house has a VRF air conditioning system and a heat pump with underfloor heating. At the same time, all windows are equipped with automatic blinds.

The house has a garden consisting of olive trees on the side, as well as a large pool and a large garden in the front. There are many different types of fruit trees in the garden. There is a separate curtilage on the entrance side of the land of the house and the family responsible for the care of the house lives here. And they can reach you quickly when you need help with any subject. You will not want to leave this house, which can be considered unique in terms of location and isolation.

There are separate hairdryers in all five bathrooms.  The whole house has a VRF air conditioning system and a heat pump with underfloor heating.  You will be provided with clean towels, bedsheets, pillows, and blankets; soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoking is detected in the house, you can pay a penalty for damage to the house!
The house, located on a large land, is monitored with a camera system for security reasons, only the exterior areas (entryway, entrance door, front and back garden). There are no cameras inside the house.
