This private property is located in one of the most distinct areas of the island with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Syros, Tinos.

Delos is one of the few places in the world with spirituality and energy, sending positive vibes to any visitor who is nearby. From the property, Delos is so close that you can enjoy a rare golden sunset over the island and can feel a positive energy drifting across the water.

Near the villa in a walking distance is a secluded beach in a picturesque giant rocky landscape ideal for walking, taking photographs and swimming offering the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends.

Calypso Sunset Villa has 180 degrees views, spacious terraces, a large infinity edged swimming pool with a pergola-covered outdoor dining area, huge dining table made of rock for 20 persons, two large built in seating areas and comfortable sun beds. The outdoors is ideal for group yoga sessions.

Cosy modern amenities and elegant decoration with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects gives the villa a unique ‘personality’.

The villa contains 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.The villa is built on three levels:

• The lower level, in which lies a living room along with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the swimming pool area.
• The middle level that has a modern and fully equipped kitchen together with a living room that gives access to the veranda where there is a dining table for 8 and built in sofa with a spectacular view over the Aegean Sea.
• On the upper level there’s another room with outstanding sea view.

All the rooms are delightfully decorated with exceptional attention to detail and comfort. Every room is equipped with air condition, safety box and hair dryer.

In the front yard is a car parking area with a BBQ and build in sofa and a small garden also with outstanding sea view. A remote sliding garage door secures the whole property. The villa also has a security alarm system.
The whole property is covered by WIFI and satellite TV with smart tvs enjoing all multimedia like Netflix, etc. A powerful bluetooth sound system is provided.

Washing and drying appliances are provided along with an iron and iron board.
The villa is only 3km from Mykonos town. The house is very close to Ornos, Agios Ioannis, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located only 3min drive.

Swimming pool towels are provided.
Maid service is provided twice a week.
Change of linen twice a week.
Additional maid service can be arranged.

An official certificate licence from EOT (Ellinikos Organismos Tourismou) has been issued by the Greek National Tourist Organisation.
The licence is designed to ensure that holiday accommodation is of a sufficient standard and the government is very keen that visitors to the islands can stay in a property that is safe and will give the holidaymakers a good impression of Greek standards. The neighbourhood is so quite and tranquility is all over the place. The only noise comes from the sound of the sea and the sea gulls which fly over the swimming pool.
There’s a bus transport near the property(1200 meters) from Corfos-Ornos to the Chora which connects to all popular beaches. In Ornos also is a boat transport to all popular beaches.
