A curvy pool is nestled among the hundred-year-old pines, with built-in whirlpools and massage jets. A big sun terrace is set across six levels, with views across Lone Bay, and a bar is on hand for snacks and drinks. Down at the beach, you’ll find the new Mulini beach cocktail bar*.

Outdoor pool
The newly created saltwater pool is huge with many different sections. There’s a relaxation area, aqua fun section, plus a place for little ones. The area has been cleverly designed so that all the sun terraces with sunbeds and parasols have an uninterrupted view of the bay.

Istrian specialities like hand-rolled fuži pasta and locally cured ham are on the menu at Burin restaurant, while Laurel Grill offers barbecued meats and grilled scampi among the trees. Oleander restaurant offers light lunches and dinner in the evenings.

Offering a selection of national Istrian dishes such as traditional hand rolled Fuzi pasta with truffles, locally cured ham or Boskarin – a specially prepared Croatian beef. Buffet breakfast is served here along with a buffet dinner.

Live music and dance shows top the evening entertainment bill, plus there’s the odd themed night, too. Children have their own schedule, with mini discos, cabarets and fashion shows.

When it comes to activities, you can learn a few Croatian phrases, take dance and aerobics classes, or sign up for hobby workshops. There’s a kids’ club to keep little ones busy, as well.
