Teppanyaki and sushi are on the cards at this Japanese restaurant, which combines an à la carte menu with a teppanyaki counter. A table reservation should be made for dinner. Just so you know, Seyshima is closed for dinner on Wednesdays, but is open for lunch on Sundays from Midday until 3pm.

Trader Vic’s

This lively restaurant and bar combines French-Polynesian fusion cuisine with a bar menu of light bites and snacks, all accompanied by regular live music and weekly salsa classes. A table reservation should be made for dinner. Just so you know, this place is closed on Mondays.

Opening Times: [12.00-22.00]
This sophisticated bar serves a variety of cocktails, fine wines and spirits. There’s a food menu, too, which includes light bites and main meals, with everything from burgers to octopus curry on the menu.

Ripples pool bar
Opening Times: [12.00-18.00]
Light bites, snacks and bigger plates are all on the cards here from midday until 5pm, along with the lengthy drinks menu.

Tête-À-Tête*
This unique dining experience is ideal for couples. You’ll meet with the executive chef who’ll personalise your menu, before sitting down at a candlelit table on the beach. It’s highly recommended that you book this experience in advance.
